Lynn Oval is the Stockton & Northern Districts Cricket Club's 1st & 2nd Grade ground. It is one of the most picturesque grounds in Country NSW with sweeping views over Stockton Bight. Lynn Oval has also recently had a picket fence installed and now rates amongst the top grounds in the Hunter Region. With the John Slade Memorial Stand and The Stockton Bowling Club both overlooking the ground the spectator is also well catered for.
